MAG field trip to the Chazen Museum. Sunday March 25th from 3 to 5 pm.
Docents will give us a tour of the museum including the faculty show. The 3 to 5 time slot allows time for the tour as well as free time for those who wish to continue exploring on their own. Please RSVP if you would like to go so we can have the proper number of docents ready.

January Showcase. Intake will be on January 7, 2012 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the entrance of University Hospital.
Each member may bring one piece of art work with the following information: name of art work, medium, and price.

December Critique. December 5, 2011 at 6pm at the Sequoya Library in Madison.
Our annual Critique/Show-and-Tell gathering will be held on Monday, December 5, at 6:00 at Sequoya Library. This is a time when MAG members can bring in work that is in progress, problems that have you stymied, or finished items that you are proud to show. Those attending are asked to bring simple finger food (nothing messy for clean-up purposes). It is always a fun evening to share frustration and triumphs…. and the presentation is very, very casual.

November 9, 2011. Fall Dinner.
The Annual Fall Dinner will be held at The Continental, 2784 Fish Hatchery Road (near Cheryl Parkway), on Wednesday, November 9 at 6:00 p.m. New members will be introduced, and they will show examples of their work. October 8, 2011 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Membership Drive. Sequoya Library in Madison, Room A.
On Saturday October 8, judging will be held for membership in the Madison Art Guild. Application forms are available from Cynthia Koshalek, 845-7605 or clkart@charter.net, or can be downloaded here. Applicants may bring two pieces of art work to Sequoya Library in Madison, Room A, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
